01 / Services

A complete residential & commercial
practice, under one roof.

Valera brings design, permitting, construction management, and project delivery into one coordinated process. From early feasibility through final walkthrough, our team helps clients define the scope, understand the budget, navigate approvals, and build with fewer handoffs.

We work across single-family homes, multi-family properties, ground-up construction, hospitality, retail, wellness, automotive, office, and adaptive reuse projects throughout South Florida.

01· DSGN

Architectural design

We help shape the project before construction begins — from site analysis and space planning to schematic design, 3D visualization, and construction documents. Every design decision is grounded in how the space will function, what it will cost, and how it will be built.

Permitting & entitlements

South Florida approvals can slow a project before it ever reaches the field. We help manage the permitting path early — coordinating building requirements, zoning considerations, HOA approvals when needed, and local code issues before construction starts.

Design–build delivery

Design and construction work best when they are connected from the beginning. Our integrated process keeps scope, budget, drawings, permitting, and field execution aligned — reducing surprises and helping decisions move faster.

03 / Approach

One team. One process.
Start to finish.

Most budget issues, schedule delays, and field problems start with gaps between design, permitting, estimating, and construction. Valera reduces those gaps by keeping the process connected from the beginning. Our team helps define what is possible, what it will take, what it should cost, and how it will be executed - before the project is already in motion.

01
Discovery & feasibility
We begin with the site, the goals, the constraints, and the budget. Before moving into design or construction, we help clarify what is realistic, what needs further study, and where the biggest risks may be.
02
Design development
From schematic design through construction documents, we keep the design connected to cost and buildability. Drawings are reviewed with the field in mind, so the project can move forward with fewer unknowns.
03
Permitting & pre-con
We coordinate the permitting path, gather subcontractor input, refine pricing, and prepare the project for mobilization. The goal is to reduce surprises before work begins on site.
04
Construction phase
During construction, we manage scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, site communication, and change-order documentation. Clients receive clear updates and direct access to the team responsible for the work.
05
Delivery & warranty
At completion, we manage punch-list items, final walkthroughs, closeout details, and warranty follow-up. Our role does not end the moment the project is turned over.
04 / Leadership

The people holding
the pencil.

Valera is owner-operated, which means clients work directly with the people responsible for the outcome. Our leadership is involved in planning, communication, construction oversight, and delivery - not just the first meeting.
